Honda recommends the valves being adjusted every 100-105k. If a valve gets tight you are going to burn it (basically a hole will form) and cause some expensive repairs to remove the cylinder head and install new valve(s). PS: Set your exhaust valves on the looser of the two settings. These Honda V6's usually wear the exhaust valveseats over time which makes the clearance get tighter as time goes by. I'm guessing that the air/fuel ratio is still off due to injectors or valves.
