I was just wandering around Novigrad looking at the different shops and I saw one on the map just a short distance north east of Hattori's blacksmith shop that I couldn't get into.. I tried walking up the flight of stairs but I couldn't get in there.Armorer/Blacksmith disappeared in Novigrad? So, I don't remember when this happened but the icons for my armorer and blacksmith disappeared on my map. I went to the map and toggled the filters on and off etc., tried during day and night and I'm getting nothing. I also tried travelling to Skellige and back to see if that would reset it but no dice.The guy in Novigrad who sells dumplings, Hattori, is the best blacksmith. Yoana in Crow's Perch is the best armourer. Keep in mind you need to complete their side missions to unlock their full potential as masters who can craft mastercrafted armor/swords. I think Dumpling Elf guy in Novigrad might be the best blacksmith to sell weapons to. 4. The master blacksmith will always show up on the map and will always be there, so no worries ever finding him if you've completed his quest. 5. The locations do not ever change. DXMG 8 years ago #3.
