2024 Ffxiv audio cuts out

I can 1000000% confirm this is a game issue and not my headset as logging in with my audio set to tv has the same effect of no VA however if I play another game for example I loaded up Skyrim then it's fine, audio is ok and voice acting is fine the update this morning did not fix so hoping maybe 5.1 will fix but at least there is a work .... This is what I have mine set to and have not experienced any issues with sound cutting out, but again I just heard this from someone else and have no idea if it works..
