You flip outer wires on cam,crank sensors. Move crank sensor wiring to area of cam sensor on ls harness. Move cam sensor circuit to timing cover area, with a striped harness you can do both without the need to extend wires.Don't forget you have a swapped motor in a 4x4, which are harder to find headers for. But a lot of people will stick with the factory LS manifolds as they actually flow pretty well, unless you are getting into cam swaps etc. But if staying fairly stock, it's probably not worth the hassle to do headers. Steal a system segment from a 6.0/4L80 4x4 truck and your 4lo will work without screwing with anything else.Find a 5.3L using the same operating system and swap the engine segments. I did that when my buddy put a 6.0L in his truck. It already had an 0411 I had tuned. I swapped the tune from a 5.7L/4L60E to a 6.0L/4L80E.
