I would use John Deere Hi-Gard in original viscosity or preferably use winter weight year round if you live somewhere cold. Shell makes a good trans/hydraulic fluid as does Delvac, Amsol, and several others. I often use a New Holland Hy-Tran or my personal favorite which is also by Shell Ambra: Multi G-134..
