Hoping for quality embryo and waiting for my success story. Taking the right vitamins (Coq10 is great) and eating a nutritious diet (think leafy greens) will improve quality and count. Our doctor said to not leave too much time between "releasing" as it can lead to a poorer quality of sperm. Every other day is a good amount of time.
