I'm adding things like an Iberra rack, city tires, panniers, an air fork as well as all 3 points of contact ie Ergon Grips, seat and pedals. With all the add-ons this is a costly route.The Kent Trouvaille was notorious for being shipped with the chain being routed wrong through the derailleur which will cause poop shifting.
