I always assumed that, given each Region so far seems to have correlation to a real world region, that those Regions are located where the IRL counterparts are. E.g: Kanto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Johto would all be on a Japanesque island, Unova and Orre would respectively be located around where New York and Arizona are, etc. . Connie aramaki
